Dress Me Up Dollie

The moment I saw this skirt, I fell in love.  I'm notorious among my friends for liking bright things and sparkly things and just generally wierd things...this skirt probably wouldn't surprise any of them.  Nor would the fabulous pink booties--my roommate recently made fun of me for the number of shoes I own that are just ridiculous--they wouldn't look at all out of place next to my black boots with blue gems or my witch boots (though I got rid of the witch boots a while back).  I chose to pair the skirt with a t-shirt because I thought it called for something simple.  A more frilly or formal shirt would make the skirt look like it's trying to hard.  And the clutch...I don't know, just seemed to fit the tone of the outfit.  Definitely more of a party outfit than an every day one.
